I've been cleaning the house all day and I hate it, so I made my favorite comfort meal as a reward.

Kraft Mac & Cheese with a side of green peas.

Vodka waters.

Do you mix them together? I love them mixed with chicken or tuna and lots of Crystal.

I don't mix them to start, but I serve them in a bowl so I can grab a bit of each with every spoonful. The leftovers I just toss into a tupperware and scoop it all out together.

Something about the sweetness of the peas and the creaminess of the mac that just does it for me.

I always add Crystal, too.

Marinated center cut chops and greens

The marinade is from some random blog type website and wow it’s good. I reduced it for an hour while the chops dried to make it a glaze.

The absolute last of the leftovers. Mostly bean juice, a spoonful of rice and a dab of slaw. :)

Did some salmon cakes and a dill tarter sauce for the first time. Fricken awesome, will do again.

Pic heavy

Looks killer. You can use the leftover cakes to make salmon cake benedict tomorrow!

I was actually thinking about doing that in the morning, but I don’t think they will have any left

Chicken Lafourche with Andouille Tarragon Cream.

Crawfish and crab for the stuffing.

Fold into chicken breast.

While the chicken is cooking make a little Tarragon cream sauce with some andouille

Brown some chicken livers and sausage.

Final picture is a little underwhelming but was good.
