I’m not sure what to call it but I cooked something tonight for the first time that my parents used to cook pretty often when I was a teenager. Sliced onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, squash, and zucchini with grilled chicken tossed in some teriyaki marinade and served over spaghetti. It was better than I remembered it.

I also picked up a bottle of the Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce and drizzled just a little of that over the top. It was my first time trying the sauce and it was very good, IMO. I may do some Asian style ribs this weekend just to use it again.
