Calabrian chili and shrimp “pasta”. Used Kaizen “pasta”. It is by far the best low carb alternative I’ve had. Barely noticed a difference.

I made a “sandwich” with two zero carb tortillas, slice of American cheese, and bacon bits. We’re remodeling the house and everything is a wreck but I’m still trying to stay low carb

I’m not sure what Kaizen pasta is, but I’m going to find out!

Another variation of tortilla pizza for supper.

I will say it’s rather pricy, at around $10 a pack when you buy a 4 pack but damn it was worth it to be able to have that pasta taste and feel again. They give 15% off first order. Right now they only have ziti (what I used), radiatori, and fusilli. I saw it on a Instagram reel and looked good and have been having some pasta cravings now that I’m about 2 months in on Keto again. It was cured. I’ve tried all the “pastas” and none come close to what they have done. From their website. It is 6g net carbs per serving and 4 servings in a box.

For $10 a box I'll just hit the treadmill before eating real pasta

Your dish looks awesome though

Yeah I hear ya. I do it because it makes me feel better. More energy. Sleep better. Wake up not groggy. Don’t really need it for the weight aspect. When I did it 4-5 years ago I did. Went from 240-165. But now I’m at 175. Had gotten off of it for a year but realized I just didn’t feel as good eating the shite I was. Keto definitely is a pricy diet overall though.
