A chocolate pretzel Adkins bad, with added Jiff crunchy peanut butter slathered on top.

Might have a spoonful of cottage cheese before bed, but I hope not. Kind of stalled on weight loss for a week or so.

Maintaining weight is way easier than losing it in my experience.

Haven’t you said the opposite of that in a bunch of recent posts?

I need to lose 8 pounds to get back to 180, I just need to stay with it. At 6'3" and 180 I look pretty thin, but also feel a lot better. Just need to stick with it.

Got my fall rounds of Doctor visits coming up. Last year my cardiologist said, "Don't lose any more weight." Not sure anyone ever told me that in 72 years. Taking his advice, I carefully added weight I didn't want to put on, that I am now trying to take off.

I wasn’t questioning your weight or weight loss, MD!

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I never thought you did. I would be a better guy if I could lose that next pound that seems glued to me with super epoxy or whatever.

It falls off and comes back the next day bringing a half pound friend with it.

I know all about that water crap. Just want to lose 8 pounds.

Veggie pizza (spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese & lite tomato sauce) and sauteed more mushrooms in a marsala and added jalapeños. One slice, so a large lasts awhile.
