Pan seared scallops over risotto made with satsuma juice, kalamata olives, rosemary, thyme, shallots. Finished with a pan sauce made from more of the same.

BF made burgers and fries!

I topped mine with pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, spicy pickles and yellow mustard, on a butter-toasted sesame bun.

Absolutely delicious.
