Had a wine event and Dan Stein wanted to go grab some food after and suggested this place. It was phenomenal.. First time there will go back

Started with a bunch of small plates. Crab and watermelon salad, cracklins, cucumber and melon som tam, sunbathing prawns, rabbit pate

Finished with fried crab, fried chicken (some of the best I have ever had), honey butter yard bird and corn bread

Didn't eat one bad thing ... would highly recommend for something a little different than the norm

Sorry didn't take a ton of pictures

I've been seeing quite a bit about it on Where Nola Eats on Facebook. It sounds great.

Fantastic lunch, Magnum Mondays, Feed Me set up for large groups, cracklins, etc...

Place is a really hard restaurant to describe but utterly delicious and always outstanding.

Everything I've had there was good, but the cracklin need work. Fried well done and all skin.

I'm not sure hanging with Dan Stein is something to win a brag award about.
