Gave me 2. I could have swore they used to give you 3 or 4 necks. Anyway the cornbread was good dipped in that neck sauce.

Is that T-rex guy on the far left?

My smothered turkey necks laugh at Borgne's undersized, under-served necks.

Blatant hijack- never really cooked or even eaten turkey necks( other than making stock).
Recipes please? Y’all school me!

Season them with your favorite seasoning, brown them in a little oil or bacon grease, add 2 chopped onions, a bell pepper and some celery and a carton of chicken stock. Put the lid on it and cook them for 3-4 hours or till tender.

Tif you do it in the instant pot it takes an hour.
