weird request, but most of the stuff from 73 distilling is pretty top notch. Was pleasantly surprised by bywater bourbon, but it has a unique flavor...def not something to have on hand as a traditional mixer or for someone looking for a traditional bourbon. The gentilly gins are very good. Other than that I'd say Bayou rum, and J T meleck vodka

Rouse's on Airline in Metairie has all the Three Roll Rums in a clearance section. Also, Bolden Vodka.

I wouldn't entirely stock my bar with LA booze, but I try to use local stuff where applicable. For instance Bayou Satsuma is a damn fine dessert drink or mixer so I always try to keep some in stock. I've had other barrel aged rums from around the state and have enjoyed those too. I've recently started getting into gin and have been exclusively buying LA Gin. Gentilly Gin and Euphrosine are both good. Don't know if it's actually still made locally but Peychauds bitters are always in stock at my bar. Not exactly local but I'll sometimes buy sazerac rye to make the titular drink.

Ill add 2 more that I think of off the top of my head that have not been mentioned is roman candy rum (flavored) and something I just tried was Legends 32 Trinity vodka. It taste and smells exactly how it sounds...makes a great bloody marry.

On Hwy 90 between Broussard and NI sets a small building across from Ardco Equipment under a billboard making T-Moon whiskey ..cajuns cut bourbon, viola vodka and SoLou Gin....these are the best in class of La made products...just ask the experts at Martin's wine cellars they carry the products and taste them and highly recommend them to people who want to try La made whiskey's , bourbons , vodka and gin's...lil white building under the sign next to diamond offshore yard...

JT Meleck Rice Vodka....Pretty much the only vodka the wife and I have bought for a few years now, seriously it's that good. And it's pretty cheap at around $23 give or take
JT Meleck Rice Whiskey...Limited supply of whiskey just came out around Thanksgiving. It's very good and opening up better with a little air in it. Good level of char, without being too much. About $48
OMFW-Original Mississippi Floated Whiskey....Distilled & barreled in Tennessee, floated down Miss River (similar sloshing theory to Jefferson's Ocean) and bottled in Baton Rouge at Three Roll I believe. About $38
Sazerac Rye....Best bang for buck on ryes to make an old fashioned with. About $22
Bayou Rum has several good rum offerings. The Mardi Gras Rum tastes like bread pudding, but it is a little pricey at about $70
Haven't had much else

Yeah, I know, but that doesn't mean that the rye is "Louisiana-made" now. If we're going to be this permissive, then the OP should just be able to include every label currently owned by the Sazerac Company (over 400 I believe).
So, OP, here's some of your Louisiana-made bar stock:
Sazerac Rye
Meyer's Rum
Van Winkle Bourbon
Southern Comfort
Booth's gin
Corozon tequila
Fireball
Goldschlager
Herbsaint
Sambuca
There's more, but that should get you started.

Sure, but they do actually make some here now. You just have to go to the Sazerac House in NOLA to pick up a bottle.
Bayou Rum Gator Bite Coffee Liqueur and JT Meleck Rice Vodka and you have yourself an excellent Louisiana based White Russian.

While the whiskey will still be distilled at Buffalo Trace for now, the company tells us that soon the 500-gallon still that can be seen on tours will begin to produce whiskey as well. Barrel aging, however, will always take place in Kentucky.
Kind of gimmicky, but OK.

That sucks. I often think about retiring and trying to do something like that.

That was my plan. I have no clue how much it paid, but I was going all in. Like putting a fox in charge of the hen house.

You'd drink all their profits.
