I don't know anything close to that. Smoke on Cherry Street is great. The Vault downtown is also very good. Both have other bars within walking distance.
Try to hit up Burn Co. BBQ for lunch. Get there early to ensure they'll still have ribs (usually run out around noon). Don't let the line deter you, it moves fast.

actually if you go bring me back some of there seasoning I'm out and need some more. Don't know you from Adam but I believe you live in Shreveport.

I lived in Tulsa for awhile.
Another poster said smoke on cherry st.
Legit. Nice little cigar room with 50+ cigars. If the bartender knows what they're doing, they can pair a scotch/bourbon/wine with your preference in cigars.
Sisserou's is the most unique restaurant in town.
Domenica (Caribbean) themed restaurant. Voted favorite new restaurant in Tulsa a couple years ago.
LaSalle's downtown just moved locations, and may not be open yet. But, if you're looking for NOLA food, that's the place to go.
Doc's on Brookside is a nice place. Laid back, casual, great food. Might be just what you are looking for, actually.
Smoke or Doc's are my strong recommendations.
Edit: There's nothing near that brewery. It's in the middle of the void called West Tulsa.
