It's a good restaurant, but I'd still be hard pressed to put it in the top 10 in NEW ORLEANS.

And, while I recognize it has really made strides in dining, there's no way Charleston has 3 of the 10 best restaurants in the country.

Clickbait silliness all around.

2/3 of the Charleston restaurants don't even make my top 10 for that city.

What's your top 5 or 10 for Charleston? I ask because I visit friends there once a year or so and always looking for good places to eat.

GW Fins in the mix should tell you all you need to know. Charleston is a decent town, but it doesn’t have 1 in the mix for best in the country much less that many.

TripAdvisor to me is just about the worst resource for restaurants there is. It can be useful for some aspects of travel but is really, really bad for restaurants.

I’ve been to Hall’s steakhouse several times in Charleston. It’s a good upscale steakhouse but I don’t think it is any better than Mr John’s or Doris. And I love GW Fins but this list is a sack of shite l.

This is like Yahoo rating the Silver Slipper best seafood buffet on the gulf coast.

Fin’s isn't even the best restaurant on its block.

Are you saying Arnaud’s is a better restaurant than Fin’s? It’s definitely the more iconic place but the food isn’t close imo.

Depends on how they want to define block, R'volution is right there. Galitoire's is actually in the block itself.
