Beastiality is not becoming. Perhaps a visit to a genetic counselor is appropriate.

I believe this is not the full story.

I am pretty frugal at the grocery and I spend at least $75 a week.

I certainly hope this meager number does not include craft brews. If it does, R2R needs more than a genetics counselor.

Are you counting your $60+ you spend on Hush Supper Club every week?

I can show you the receipts. I only eat at home Sunday - Thursday really. Cost's me about $30-$50 a week. Weekends we usually eat out. Y'all are right though, between my craft beer addiction and having O Brah piggyback on my WSJ subscription my wallet is pretty dry these days.

Per person makes it more believable. Does it include cords of wood ? And you drink tap water right ? Or do you have your own spring ?

I average less then once a month.

That's breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

I ask because I have to pay for all 3 meals I eat.

Have only bought wood twice this winter.

Good ol' Nola tap water. Have a Brita filter on my kitchen faucet but the light is now blinking red so I think it's expired.

You are doing something wrong brah. Shitty frozen food at a trendy over rated shite box of a grocery store shouldn't be any cheaper than the ability to get off your arse, plan, and cook a good meal using fresh ingredients.

It's Manhattan. The grocery store costs are marked up 1.5-2x what I was used to paying in Georgia.

TJ keeps the prices the same nationally.

$50 is easy to do per week if you map out stuff to make and just don't buy random shite. I'm also including the regular stuff you should already have in the kitchen.

For instance, I spent $16 Sunday evening at the grocery here in Texas and its easily going to last me until I leave Thursday afternoon. I cooked some chicken, put some in the freezer for next week, and took out some ground beef for this week. Bought some lettuce and produces for salads etc.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not eating like a king but I haven't spent a spent a penny on food besides the $16 and I won't until I leave. I'm also not eating junk food.

Same here. Buy a couple three pounds of protein, some fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, a starch. That's not over $50. It's elementary.

I doubt I spend 50 a week, well maybe 50.....

I guy a pound of ground beef and chicken a week
6 apples and 5 bananas a week
1/2 gallon unsweetened almond milk
1 bag carrots

I only eat dinner at my house twice a week, other than that I drink my protein shake.

I do a banana for breakfast, cooked something for lunch, and then when I get in I have an apple and another protein shake.

At least that's how it has been for me that past 3 weeks

Do you buy TJ's bacon on your $50 budget?

I'm never home, I leave my house at 3am every day and then get home at 7pm. So I don't cook except on weekends really. Sunday I cook my meals for lunch throughout the week.

I use the almond milk for protein shake in the morning/evening

This question was dodged with little notice.

What about you R2R? Do you have to pay for all of your weekly meals or is your $50/week supplimented(EBT card)?
