I thought the quickfire was pretty cool. Often in a kitchen a cook will need to finish a dish someone else started for some reason or another. But yes some people got hosed more than others. And I highly doubt that one of Kermit's favorite foods is tofu.

the idea wasnt terrible but their execution of it was among the worst ive seen watching the show.

Nina is becoming a dick on the show. I hope justin makes it all the way.

I'm really rooting for Justin to become a front runner soon. I'm getting tired of Nina and though I haven't tasted her food, I still don't get the win with the squash blossoms.

i agree with this and her constantly putting gnocchi out there and getting a pass for it.

Is it good? yes, but show some versatility.

She's becoming a huge a-hole. The comments she makes is
really offsetting. Justin is very likable plus he's from New Orleans. I really enjoy this show especially it being in New Orleans.

Havent liked her fromt he start. Then she kept being a bitch and sitting in her comfort zone with gnocchi and unoriginal squash blossoms

Would just like to point out, that many on this board decided Sichel was the absolute worst based solely on some selected sound bites but mainly comments from Nina about how she didnt like him.

There were more than a few soundbites from Sichel. What they showed of him would have annoyed me also.

Really liked the idea of the boucherie in tonight's episode.

Justin didn't do so good in this episode. Looks like he was close to being eliminated.

Phew! Justin barely made it through, but he came close to winning the quick fire.

Sarah is very annoying. Looks like some fighting next week with Justin in the middle.

Gris, I'm sure it's no coincidence that Domenica's chef, the guest judge that episode, has as one of his best appetizers a stuffed zucchini blossom. It was essentially his dish.

Even though Nina didn't make gnocchi, she can't try and say spetzel is not "in her comfort zone".

Decent episode. I was pissed to see Louis go. Stephanie probably should have been the one to go.
Nina is now my most hated. She's such a bitch 99% of the time.

Completely mind blow.

Stephanie is a mediocre chef and had a bad night. Can't believe they sent Louis home after considering her dish. The judges were not having that popcorn, I think it was perceived as disrespectful.

After the quickfire, I was going to jump on here and say that the show was sandbagging Louis.

I really thought they were setting the stage for him to win as a "dark horse".

Whoops!

That's how i saw it too. As for Louis vs Stephanie, i think they are the 2 weakest links left, so it's was only a matter of time before both would be gone

It seems like the judges are more harsh if the conceptualization of the dish fails. With Stephanie they liked the dish but thought it was incomplete. With Louis they couldn't wrap their heads around how popcorn fit in with his dish.

Last night was one of the tightest competitions I've seen in a while on this show, No one really fell flat and they were really nitpicking to find a loser.

Justin is really starting to get a lot of camera time. Not sure if it's because he will be a force down the road or because he had some struggles cooking his dish last night. Next week is restaurant wars and it looks like Justin is taking the lead for one team. I'm thinking he'll either win the challenge next week or go home. That's typically how restaurant wars turns out.

I really enjoyed the episode last night. Thought Stephanie was gone for sure. I find myself pulling for Justin and Carlos a bunch.
