After this week's episode, there are TWO Last Chance Kitchen videos to watch. They're good!

Yeah they have been really enjoyable. I am really happy with who is coming out of LCK as I think they were/are a clear front runner

You sure you aren't biased that person is from ATL, tho right

I got the feeling Karen made the better dish head to head in the first LCK based on the reactions of the Tom and Karen. The producers surely wanted him back in bc he's the better overall chef.

Spoiler alert: When they said it was best two out of three, I told my wife the LCK contestant would win, lose (for drama), win (because they ain't going through all that LCK for no one to get back in). But I was happy with the result. He just fell prey to Restaurant Wars.

I'd like to see stats on the role of the person eliminated in RW over the years. It seems like either the the team leader or front of house most often gets the ax.

Yes absolutely. Once they got into the last challenge they had to win. Would have de-legitimized the entire LCK production had they lost

If you ever rewatch round 1 against Karen, her and Tom are starting to break when he announces the winner. It's almost like they were laughing at the result bc it was predetermined.

It is reality TV after all

By no means a Malarkey fan but it seemed like he out-cooked Gregory on last night's episode. Oh well, bye.

Definitely no Malarkey fan and I had no problem with him leaving last night. His dish was a non-cohesive mess.

Gail wouldn't shut up about how well Mularkey's was cooked and that she liked the taste. Obviously relying on ppl to eat it properly is often a mistake.

Gregory had a plating issue, but not only that, nobody seemed to really like the other items on his dish. It was just meh. I'm glad he's moving on and not Mularkey, but seems like the show typically punishes contestants for unfinished dishes.

Malarkey: "A duo has always been a suicide run on Top Chef. So I see no reason why I shouldn’t try it.”

And then he proceeds to make said duo with 45 ingredients. Such malarkey!

I always watch with interest the order of the cheftestants in the intro. Stephanie's last this season and she's got a little smirk on her face. If Melissa doesn't take the title, it would be so great if Steph gets it.

Feel likes Stephanie is well-suited for the finale. She’s definitely has the strongest Italian food left in the competition and it’s right in her wheelhouse.

Will be interesting to see if Melissa keeps rolling if she’s forced out of her comfort zone.

Not mad that Malarkey is gone. I did feel bad about the service issues he faced, though, because that is truly something that is out of his control. I'm not sure if they get super green servers to add extra challenge to the competition, or if it's just really chaotic, but at this point in the game, get your shite together, TC.

His dish must have been REALLY bad because as much as I love Gregory, his looked like a mess. Gregory is a class act, though, and I loved his reasoning behind convincing Malarkey to stay.

Steph is hitting her stride and I love it. She lives here in Boston so I am totally going to find her and make her be my friend. I just find her so enjoyable!

Kev gets his shot at redemption. Honestly, this is pretty close to the top 5 I pictured (wouldn't have had Stephanie in there originally, but YOU GO GIRL). Should be a really intense finale, I can't wait to see how it plays out.

Kevin, Melissa, and Stephanie all seem to be head and shoulders above the rest right now. The others have a shot, but I'm not as impressed with them overall as the 3 I named.

Melissa might struggle in Italy because I don't know how well she'll be able to infuse Asian flavors with Italian. Her MO seems to be infusing things with Asian cuisine. Kevin can do it because he knows rustic flavors really well. Stephanie has a wide knowledge of flavors.

I'm excited to see how it all shakes out.

Sad about Gregory, because I've always loved him, but he just wasn't on top of his game when it mattered most. Still such a talented chef and classy guy, and I know he's going to continue to impress and succeed.

I think I've gotta root for Melissa to take it all at this point. I've been a very vocal Volt fangirl, and I honestly would be okay with any one of the remaining cheftestants to win, but I just have a feeling about her.

I still feel as though this has been a reallllyyyy boring season, challenge-wise. It's kind of a bummer that they haven't had a lot to work with creatively, since the talent pool is so deep.

It seemed like they put out some pretty average dishes in the truffle challenge. Think it comes down to Melissa or brian at this point

As said in some ways it was a boring season bc most people knew the top 5 or so all season.

4 of the top people all season were in the top 5. Now we have 3/4 with Gregory gone

Would only be surprised if Stephanie wins.

I've been on the Voltaggio train since the beginning. I loved his season with his brother. If he doesn't win, I hope it's Kevin.

Melissa is gonna win imo

Top Chef is feeling heat for not being diverse enough. She checks the female, gay (I think?) and minority boxes. She’s also been the most consistent over the season

Kevin battled cancer so that’s a good angle

I think this was taped well before the corona
