I really like Voltaggio as well. Likeable is the right word. He realizes he’s making food, not doing brain surgery.

Malarkey is a turd no doubt. He and Lisa, also a turd, paired up next week should be fun.

Not a big Jen fan. Fine with seeing her go. It was nice watching her have so much fun with her sister.

I STILL HATE MALARKEY. Based on the elimination challenge, it looks as though his wife also hates him.

Can you imagine be married to him? Either it's an act to get more teevee exposure or he's just extra all.the.time. Regardless, I want to smack him.

I hope Melissa wins, though I'm also a fan of Eric & Bryan Voltaggio.

At least his wife could divorce him. His kids don't get that luxury.

Poor Sailor. For a few reasons.

I think it's time for Jen to hang it up. I hope this is the last time we see her on TC. She's a super talented chef, but this competition is not for her.

Melissa was a badass on her original season, and I love her even more this time. Bryan V. is my pick (see above crush), but I will totally get behind Melissa if she's a finalist. She's legit.

I'm a Melissa fan, but a Greg fan, as well.

Did y'all notice the look on Brian's face when Kelly Clarkson critiqued his dish and said the shrimp was mushy? I wonder if the chefs hate when a non-professional is a judge.

Just finished last week's episode (4/23), in preparation for the new episode tonight.

A few observations:

I hope Malarkey chokes on his crystals.

I want to hang out with Stephanie Cmar! She seems so fun and she makes me laugh.

Double eliminations give me anxiety.

Both the QF and elimination challenge were super boring.

Happy the elimination worked out the way it did, since it spared one of my favorites.

Overall, a total yawn of an episode. I hope this week's is better.

Nini getting kicked off kinda sucked. I thought she had put out some good food up until last week.

Yeah, that's the problem with All-Star seasons...I have an attachment to almost all of them so I hate seeing them eliminated, for the most part.

I can't believe Malarkey and Lee Ann pulled it off. I admire her restraint because I would have thrown him in with the carrots.

This week was a shocker. Hates to see Eric go. But I have a feeling he will win LCK.

I'm catching up on the last 2 episodes

Last week (Ep. 7)- Pitch Perfect

I thought the machete QF was awesome. I cringe to think how many fingers I would have lost had I been a cheftestant, but I just thought they looked so badass macheteing whole cabbages and shite.

I do wish someone had *accidentally* dropped their machete onto Malarkey's foot.

I thought the twist on RW was fun...this has been a pretty boring season thus far so I liked that they threw in a little wrench.

Loved the idea of Kevin's restaurant, but I'm a sucker for good Southern cooking.

Restaurant Wars is probably going to upset me because either Gregory or Kevin will probably have to go home, which kills me. I think they are both so, so great.

I usually hate the Restaurant Wars episode. This one was no different.

Do you watch Last Chance Kitchen? This is my first season to follow up the epi with watching it.

It’s obvious that Melissa is going to win so I’m losing interest a bit.
They fawn over everything she does. Not that she’s not great but still.

Just finished last week's episode.

God, this season is BORING. Zip-lining is awesome, though.

Happy for my dude Bryan V., this is obviously where his redemption arc starts.

That elimination was long overdue.

Malarkey still grates my nerves.

I hope Melissa wins. Her food is beautiful,* as is Voltaggio's, but I'm holding my breath because I'm thinking Kevin comes back from Last Chance Kitchen to take it all.

*my food tastes good, but my presentation could be better (Hi Darla!) If ever I took another class, it would be in food styling.

In the Restaurant Wars planning episode, I thought it was interesting that one guy themed his on the slave trade and one girl named hers for her dead dog. Yum! What’s next? A holocaust themed gastropub?

The Last Chance Kitchens are often better than the show. 15 minutes or so and done. You get to see more of the cooking process with just two contestants. The latest one with eggs three ways was really good.

I’ve been streaming them on the Bravo app on Firestick.

After this week's episode, there are TWO Last Chance Kitchen videos to watch. They're good!

Well, I loved this episode, because my girl Steph rocked it, and because I've been to Japan a few times and have fallen in love with the food, culture and tradtions there.

I hope the offer for the Olympics still stands for her for next year.

Elimination was fine, I was worried for Mel for a minute, though.
