Top 10 things I missed about the board

10. Reading about the new restaurants in New Orleans -- I haven't eaten out in three years.
9. Reading ridiculous mistakes by people not from N.O. who pretend to be experts on our cuisine. For example, Gris gris saying R&O's is the best restaurant in Lakeview.
8. Educating the board about the origin of many NOLA dishes and traditions.
7. Learning about the Westbank, Northshore, and other exotic Louisiana places and foods.
6. Napoleon's Kenner adventures.
5. Sharing strategies for eating for under $20/week.
4. The banter between glassman, TigerAttorney, and Y.A. Tittle, three of the best NOLA posters.
3. Winkface's insults.
2. Watching my top 10 lists become fodder for other forums and websites months and years later.
1. The live, passion and joy of life we all have shared together here. Here's to many more times and top ten lists together!
