If you’re using shrimp with chicken and sausage, you may as well throw in some tomatoes for good measure.

I’ll give an upvote for quality ingredients, proper form, and good presentation. I do want to stab you in the eye for the shrimp with sausage though, so take that for what it is worth.

I have no idea how I feel about Basmati rice in gumbo.

I think I will stick with Riceland but everyone’s taste is different. At least it is locally grown.

I wasn't sure either, but I liked it. I just used what I had.

I've never had shrimp, andouille and chicken gumbo. Interesting. It looks good though.

Yeah I didn't mean to be negative about it. Just genuinely thought it was interesting. Would try it for what it's worth.

I had a party at my house once and served it with gumbo. Everyone loved it and commented on how they preferred that rice for gumbo oddly enough.

Looks good and as long as you enjoyed it, that’s the point.

I prefer no seafood In poultry gumbo. Personal preference.

Because it's no longer a gumbo once the skrimps are added, then it becomes a stew.

It looks delicious.
