Next time, l need to take a little more time with the roux to get darker.

I’m very much aware there are different types, it’s just that tomatoes in gumbo or mixing sausage with shrimp and crab taste likes shite and ruins the dish.

If you like it, eat it. Just don’t expect everyone to agree with you.
