I like DFH, but i'm not a fan of some of their ancient ales. They get points for creativity, but the flavors aren't good, from the ones i've had.
Ancient ales are hit or miss.

I'd take DFH for their solid lineup of 12oz bottles. They have a good balance of $10 4/6 packs and 750s.

Same goes for Cigar City.

I'm a fan of theirs. Hercules Titan Yeti's and all of their other stuff is Solid. They'd be great to have in LA. Maybe one day soon I think they're expanding as well.

Surprised to not see many Avery comments. Along the lines of DFH I would assume? Just hoping that we're getting it soon enough to not bring it up?

To be honest, i do not know how their whole lineup is. I consistently see praise for a number of their offerings...

I have tried the Yeti Imperial Stout, and it was phenomenal... Based on that beer alone i would love to have them here.

wait...y'all get Jester King bottles in Alabama?

It's hit or miss in Bama. Definitely not the full line-up that Texas gets. A few months back I only saw one JK in the two stores I went in. I believe it was the Noble Hop or whatever - the one with the lion.

Oh yeah, I forgot y'all don't like their signature malt flavor. I think it's tasty.

Rumors say they will be in LA before long.

Where have you heard this? Last time I talked to Ron about it, he said although he would like to and that Polly has been pushing him to get it here, Louisiana law will lock him into a distributor once the first bottle comes here, and he needs time to figure that out. Oh, and there was no extra beer for us to even have any if he wanted to send it here.

They aren't in Houston, they may as well not be in Texas at all, so I will believe it when I see it

I'd always have one of the Yeti variations in my fridge if it was available here. Had an Oak Aged while camping the other night. Such a fantastic beer.

Their Rumble Oak Aged IPA is really great too. As is the Fresh Hop pale ale.

Three Floyds
Russian River
Cigar City

Hard to leave out...Firestone, Southern Tier, Jester King, and Bruery.

With my sour infactuation, give me RR and you can have the rest at this point.
