This menu is from NOLA Seafood, a little Vietnamese seafood place on the Westbank Expressway in Westwego. I love how you get to choose exactly how many of each type of seafood you get. Unfortunately, the flavor of their seafood is lacking.

But what do you think of this type of menu selection?

It's extremely confusing. Would hate to stand behind Joe Mouthbreather trying to figure out how this works.

Fried seafood should be on a menu with the second line saying Fresh Boiled Seafood?

How it should appear:

Pick 1, 2, or 3. Comes with fries, slaw, tartar, and cocktail sauce
Shrimp
Oysters
Catfish

What is confusing about telling them exactly what you want?

I agree. How long does it take to find your best option? 30 seconds?

How many mouthbreathers complain claiming they got shorted a shrimp?

The top "platters" section is confusing. Everything else is straightforward. I would prefer a boiled option.

Makes me think of Dr. Seuss.

"6 shrimp, 2 fish, red fish, blue fish"

That was the first thing I noticed and I looked for boiled seafood and the poboys. That being said, I'd get #17.
