The Joint isnt exactly in the most consumer friendly area as it is, and that hasnt stopped them from staying in business because their product is good

Carolina cook mostly pig and use a vinegary sauce and are also know for there mustard based sauce.
Memphis is known for Dry rubs
Texas is mostly known for beef and lots of hickory and Mesquite smoke.
Memphis and KC fight over the title of best BBQ town. Personally I like KC style BBQ.
