Don't let em fool ya with the early rounds. Stand your ground and wait for the good cuts.

you should at least eat something light for lunch like a salad

The house sirloin is hands down their best meat.
I could eat the potatoes and lobster bisque all day every day and not get tired of them.

Stay away from the chicken...not worth it.

The smoked salmon on their salad bar is greatness.

This is gonna sound absurd, but the top sirloin is the best cut there

Nothing absurd about it. I could eat that all day every day until I died of heart disease. And it'd be worth it.

Ingredients:
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 sm. onion
1/4 lb. uncooked lobster meat
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 T. tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 T. minced parsley
Pinch of thyme
4 T. flour
2 c. scalded milk
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Directions:
Mince the carrots and onion in a food processor. Mince the lobster meat. Melt half the butter in a pot and sauté the carrots and onions for 3 minutes. Add the lobster meat. Heat and ignite the sherry and pour it over the mixture. Add the wine, chicken broth, tomato paste, bay leaf, parsley and thyme and simmer for 15 minutes. Melt the rest of the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour to make a roux. Cook it for a few minutes and then add the hot milk, beating vigorously with a wire whisk. Pour this into the lobster pot and simmer very slowly for 12 minutes. Add the cream and correct the seasoning.

I ate a dinner salad around 11, just finished up. Yup, top sirloin was really good, the flank steak and beef ribs were excellent, turfed the lamb and chicken. AAAANNND the capirhinas were the bomb!
Posted on 4/20/16 at 8:13 pm to Boston911
You didn't mention the bisque.
Posted on 4/20/16 at 8:15 pm to BRgetthenet
The bisque was real good too, the deserts are good, but Fogo de Chao has a mollten lava cake that slaughters TDBs desserts

Ate at the one here in Bham once. Every piece of meat was loaded with salt.

I woke up all night long needing water after eating there the one time I've gone and I didn't eat much of the meat at all. Salad bar and bisque is way better than the meat.
