Heading up to Many, LA next week and taking a different route to make a stop at Teets. Planning to get some andouille and smoked sausage for gumbo, but what else is a must have from there? Also looking to get some of their cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving.

Teets is overrated. I would go to Bourque's in Port Barre. The best smoked sausage is Rabideaux's in Iowa.

They are in my top 3 for boudin. I like a heavily smoked sausage for gumbo. I like Rod's in Church Point and Vidrine's just north of Vile Platte.
