Frank's Red hot came out with a Siriacha. I tried it at a food show last week. Not too bad.

I tried it a couple of weeks ago at the Tabasco store. It was really good, but I haven't seen it in stores yet.

I'll stick to Huy Fong. Tabasco will remain my go to when wanting Louisiana heat.

I can't stand tabasco sauce and I'm from New Iberia. Too much vinegar and salt. Changed to La. Hot Sauce 30 years ago. Then went to Srirachi.

On topic, I'd definitely try it. Curious to see if it takes on some of the vinegar flavor of their hot sauce.

I loved it, but I just had a small sample on a pretzel stick. Um, then three more.
