What's a must stop, can't miss dinner option in Ocean Springs, Mississippi? Not the Shed, not in Waveland, Bay Saint, Pass Chris., Long Beach, Gulfport, Biloxi or Gautier... Ocean Springs... Thanks in advance

Is that an Orange Beach koozie or Outer Banks? Someone has a camo one left in my truck and I'm trying to decide which. I'll hang up and listen.
I don't get it... PJ's Coffee is a superior coffee to CC's, IMO.

Why can't PJ's coffee sustain in Baton Rouge? Down to one location remaining, and that's all the way downtown.
Brown gravy on a CFS lunch special... Top tier... Used to get this nearly every Wednesday at Donewar's in Algiers (RIP).

Billy Briand is the chef there. Super nice guy, fantastic chef, worked for Emeril and Link for a while. His brother is the GM at Herbsaint.
OB may have better cuisine than BR.

Never heard of it, thanks. #HumbleBrag :banghead:
can anyone recommend a bird dog trainer not specifically for labs but for pointer/gsp/spaniels in the gulf coast region? narrowing options down between these 3 and thinking/planning ahead. TIA

Who offers the best Panéed Veal / Chicken in the Red Stick? Looking for tonight to take some customers while in the area. How is that joint on Perkins, Frankie's?

They don't tell you where to live.
I've seen the steam method requiring two pots.

One with an 1" of water and dirty crawfish

One rolling boil as usual with all the fixins.

Steam crawfish in pot 1 until steam comes out of the lid.

Cut off

Dump pot 1 into pot 2 after rolling boil and cut flame off and let soak for 30 minutes or something like that.

Weird as shite, tasted the same, yet they were very clean from the pot 1 steam.

200 N. Beach has a great bar for a real drink. Oysters and peel and eat shrimp are on point at the bar.

Trout dishes, I get Almondine, and fried seafood (and hamburgers, steaks, spin dip, meatball poboys...) at Trapanis...good bar upstairs as well.
