Question I’ve kicked around before...

Are you better off eating healthy and not working out or working out and eating whatever you want?

Which one provides the most net health benefits?

If you had to pick only one probably eating clean.

Yeah, the oil is the kicker. Dairy and bacon won’t kill you.

I thought olive oil was good for you? I thought it was the hydrogenated oils that were bad?

It's not necessarily bad for you it's just very calorie dense

I didn't say anything except what the latest science does, so yes, you do not agree with science which again is foolish

True, but some studies indicate that protein produces more thermogenesis per calorie and some say fat makes you feel full longer so kind of yes and no to your statement.

Find me the clinical trial that was designed around removing animal foods only, without any other dietary and/or lifestyle interventions such as exercise or removing processed food bullshite, that shows either case (being that animal foods are bad or good).

Here’s a hint, it doesn’t exist. What you stated is only a hypothesis, and a poorly generated one based on years of scientific nonsense. They’ve never actually tested just the meat. It’s always, always - removing meat, quit smoking, increased sleep, no fast food, exercise, reduce processed foods. Too many qualifiers to only blame meat.
