Sunday game menu

Made a big batch of potato salad this morning that will last me till Labor Day. The wife will probably want to do her air fried chicken wings since I took 5 lbs. out of the freezer today to defrost.

And while in the freezer, I took out 2 racks of baby back ribs and a package of my homemade green onion sausage I will cook for Labor Day.

We also have a dozen beef hot tamales to snack on between meals while watching the games.

Adult beverages.
Various munchies I'm still deciding upon.
Crawfish cardinale in puff pastry shells.
Avocado, tomato, sweet onion and bacon salad with sweet onion dressing.
Hershey pie.

Thinking about taking some of that or turkey and sausage out of the freezer for a starter, but it might be too much food.

green cans/Heineken followed by some brown over ice for game time

We haven't busted out the pit since we've been in the new house, so we're going to grill

Vodka waters

Jambalaya, poor man burnt ends and a char cootchie board

Wife made some kind of cheesecake and cookies

Beer outdoor games and bar flowing when the sun goes down
