They need to start producing more of it.

Pretty sure that’s their strategy with outsourcing the cans. They definitely produced a ton of Bloom this year. Ghost should be readily available. At least for a few months

I'm looking forward to it... I'm just hoping the pump out enough like they did last summer so it'll be on shelves everywhere. I'm kinda over chasing beer around.

They produce it year round, just that they call it Opus, Bloom, etc as well....
Plus Summer of Ghost will have plenty and I'm wondering who makes something as good as Ghost in the state? I love Jucifer, Gnarvana was a miss for me, haven't had Holy Roller in awhile, Moon Shoes/Flippy Floppy was not distributed, neither is anything from Courtyard, and I'm just not a fan of Grace and Grit.

Parish is now overrated. There are so many breweries making great NEIPAs that you don't have to go hunting for Ghost anymore

I disagree with this. When it comes to walking into a store to buy beer in Louisiana there aren't many products that match up to the Parish offerings. Especially when it comes to NEIPA's. You could throw Jucifer and Holy Roller into the ring, but it's just all preference at that point. I'll be buying Ghost over Jucifer and Holy Roller 80% of the time.

Ghost is also a DIPA while Jucifer and Holy Roller are single IPA's correct?

People act like Ghost is suddenly not good because Parish is able to produce more of it and it's not as hard to get. The squids think any non-rare beer isn't as good. For my money ghost is still the best beer in the state. Jucifer and Holy Roller are good but they're more comparable to envie IMO.

and the fact that the dogs were named that in 2015 doesn't make it any less cringe worthy

Jucifer has eliminated any want I had for ghost.

Jucifer is fruity and has a good initial taste, but the backend is watered down like Coors Light. Very good beer in this summer heat, but if I’m going off of preferences of beers, I’ll take Ghost because it has flavor through the entire sip.

I haven’t tried anything from Courtyard yet, but Ghost is still my favorite IPA/DIPA produced in Louisiana.

And I agree with an above poster that Grace & Grit definitely doesn’t fill any Ghost void. Ghost is better by a mile.

I agree. Grace & Grit is a solid beer but I much prefer Ghost

Yeah...G&G is a decent enough brew, but from my couple times trying it, wouldn’t make my personal top 5 hoppy beers brewed in LA.

North Louisiana better step up its IPA game, because South Louisiana is kicking its arse. I can’t speak to the GR sours and bretts vs South LA stuff because I’m not much a fan of that style.

True. Other than Community Mosaic, which is pretty good, and Dankasaurus, Dallas area/NE TX is severely lacking in the locally brewed hoppy beer department.

I've been spending a bulk of my beer money in 15 packs of all day ipa. Distributor has finally started keeping fresh stock. $14.99 for $15 beers...
