Stuffed with a mix of homemade venison/pork sausage, jalapeños, cream cheese, green onions and spices.
Pinwheeled and wrapped in bacon.
Gonna be a good one. They never last long

I’ll be posting pictures as it cooks tomorrow At the tailgate. I keep it wrapped until I get the internal temp up enough and then unwrap it to let the bacon finish and crisp up.
People will be coming by all day to eye them, and once I unwrap the foil and that smell hits...man, i’ve Got 2 of them done. We’ll have people lined up 80 deep, and it’ll be gone in 20-30 mins.
Kind of my signature tailgate dish. It gets requested every year and it’s a labor of love, but worth it.

I precook my homemade sausage, the soften the cheese in the oven, add the sausage, jalapeños and green onions, then I pinwheel stuff it and wrap it in bacon. Will have more pics once we get grilling

I was looking at it on my windows 10/Firefox laptop and it does not show. It does show on Firefox with an IPad.
