Get yourself in line for a revival franchise.
quote:

Legendary Restaurant Brands, LLC, is now 100% owner of the Bennigan's restaurant chain, its fast-casual concept Bennigan's On the Fly, and the Steak and Ale brand.[7] As of December 2018, the Bennigan's website is offering potential franchisees the opportunity to "Own A Steak And Ale".[8]

Yeah, it’s wiki, but so what?

I always wanted to drink a tankard of ale from that place, due solely to their commercials. I was about 6 years old.

So many good memories from 40 years back. I had no idea there were any left.

Yes. Yes it was. The bread was awesome, the salad bar was awesome and they had a decent prime rib.

I went to one not terribly long ago (15 years or so) in Memphis on Poplar Ave. It was a step back in time with the salad bar and dark lighting, but hey, my uncle loved the place.

Just googled and they closed in 2008.

Yep. It's a Central BBQ now.

I used to like that place. That and Bennigan's for the Monte Cristo.
