I’m with you here, but everything else?

My Burgers only have miracle whip or mayo, cheese, pickles and lettuce.
But no Ketchup?

Never been a fan of tomato sauce. I just use Heinz Ketchup with Parmesan cheese
Calling this an oddity is like calling the sinking of the Titanic a boating accident.
Knock yourself out though.

I had a yankee friend who moved to Baton Rouge for a few years, that made chili with ketchup as the base. He loved it, and it was truly awful. It sounds like something you would like. Feel free to use his idea.
Everybody hated that garbage, and it cemented the fact that yankees can't cook.
I have another friend of Nordic ancestry whose many relatives from Iowa and Missouri consider cream of celery, and cream of mushroom soup a seasoning.

Spaghetti with Ketchup
When making a red sauce, I always add one tablespoon of ketchup into the pot.
I can't explain why, but that and the smallest amount of nutmeg does something to the sauce I can't replicate in any other way

Ketchup on eggs, for me.

Mayo and pepper sauce on my purple hull peas
Learned that from my Pawpaw.

Can’t believe you’re brazen enough to share this.
As it’s completely pathetic.
Almost impressive.
Upvote.
This is an attempt to get attention.

Instead of that I use tomato paste, bit of sugar, and usually a bit of balsamic vinegar and/or Worcestershire.
Similar to ketchup ingredients, just different execution
