Fin would probably beat the price, but those are 'wok burners' and they come with either duck nozzles or round ones. Depending on the number of nozzles you can get 100-200kBtu.

wok range store

160kBtu Propane with Round nozzles

125kBtu Propane with Duck-mouth nozzles

ETA: Also look at home brewers setups. They take the wok burners and make really neat stands.

Just seeing this thread. Do NOT avoid the jets. they are the way to go. Why do you think all commercial boilers use them?

Great. delete the most important part of what I said. You really need to lose your hard on for me. It wasn't me that acted like a child over poop's banning which I had nothing to do with. I can see how you were embarrased by all that, but I did nothing to you at all.

That looks like a damn fine assed rig, and a good welder could do it at home, the only part that would need to be farmed out to a shop in the fleur de lis markings.

Speaking of baskets, does anyone besides me prefer the expanded metal baskets over the new punched out baskets? It drains so much quicker and retains a lot less water. Do they still make these? I'm doing everything I can to preserve the one I have.

You paranoid? My post had nothing to do with any of that or who you are--I saw "avoid jets" and posted. I promise I have more crawfish boiling experience than you. I'll ignore your crappy opinions in the future so your feelings will not get hurt.

Go to a welding shop and get one built, give consideration to perforated metal(stainless or aluminum) as well.

I bought one of these

last season and love it. Boils 100qt (half full) pot of water in a little over 5 minutes. It uses a shite TON of propane though. I went through 3/4 of a 5 gallon bottle in 2 sacks last weekend.

Yeah. You saw avoid jets, but somehow did not see the first part of the sentence containing those words. I really don't think you're that stupid. I've been wrong before though.

Fin, you ever want to produce induction cookers for crawfish boils I can handle the Code compliance (UL) reports and such. Electricity and water usually don't mix well, but maybe someone's already come up with a propane/CNG powered AC generator we could seal up.
