I think the remoulade at Ruth’s Chris is the best remo-sauce I’ve ever had.

It comes aside the crab cakes but the shrimp cocktail with a side of remoulade would be easy to get. Last week I dipped my steak fries in it.

I’ve always really liked this John Besh recipe:

REMOULADE
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 small shallot, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt
