Baileys - green bldg and green/white sign, was at Lee/Highland (where the CVS now sits). I always thought it was superior to Canes (which had one across the street). Oh well with that opinion.
Canes sizes shrunk? Yep. Happens. Costs goin up, oh well.
I havent eaten at a Zaxbys - mainly because i dont eat fried chcken fingers. I will try tho and make an opinion.
Re: UGA Paper saying Canes is superior in fries. How in the world can Zaxbys be worse? Canes are bland froze Crinkle Cuts. Always thought it was aweful that they served those fries.

I dont know why anybody would eat canes if there is a Popeyes anywhere close.
For $7 you can get a 3 piece mixed with 2 sides and biscuit.
I usually get 3 piece spicy with (breast, thigh, leg) Mashed potatoes and gravy, red beans and rice and a biscuit.

Sometimes the fingers at Popeyes are dry as a bone. When they are good they are much better than Canes. But they just aren't consistent due to the quality of employees and general ineptitude of Popeyes.
Eta: I see you were talking about pieces. I love Popeyes chicken. But every once in a while a crave tenders marinated in MSG, fried to order and dipped in heart attack sauce. It's a completely different craving than fried chicken....for me.

Zaxby's is awful. And cane's didn't rip off Zaxby's. OP is just wrong.

Zaxbys kicking chicken sandwich meal cannot be beat for 5 bucks. Also the wings and things is awesome. I have had canes a few times and liken it to abners, a decent higher priced substitute to zaxbys but just not as good.

The UGA newspaper is stupid. Z's fries were much better. Maybe this is the case for the Z's in Tallahassee.
