Creamy BBQ Shrimp

Another recipe from the book. This one was slightly tweaked since the book was printed. Add about 3/4 cup of heavy cream once shrimp and marinade are cooked bring it to a boil then shut off the heat…. Incredible.

Lmk if you try it.

Once you sell them and let her know, tell her part of the deal is an occasional book signing at your restaurant. Gives people a chance to actually meet her and I’m guessing she would probably enjoy that. Plus brings traffic to you. It’s a win for everyone.
amazing idea

You’d be surprised. We had a tourist shop on Decatur for years and these books sold a lot. It would be cool to see how far they traveled around the world over the years. Any way enjoy some good food in Ohio. I’m heading up there in August when Drew Brees goes into the Hall of Fame

You the man. I can’t thank yall enough for all the support and engagement the last few days. Just hit 115 books sold that is more than she would sell in four years at her cooking classes and we did it in 4 days. The past week has been really encouraging and I can’t wait to see what 6 months looks like. Thank you guys.

Hey I placed an order on Shopify and accidently used the wrong address. How can I contact you to make sure the cookbook is sent to the right address?
Replied to confirmation email with correct address.

Thanks

I just prepared the mushroom appetizer dish.

Lovely marinade. My wife is from Metairie and we live in Utah.

She said chefs kiss.

Ben,

Just watch the Creamy BBQ Shrimp and it looks very good. I have a question about the cooking/presentation.

They seem to always be cooked and served shell on. At Mr. B's they give you a bib to wear if you order them because they are so messy. Why are they not cooked shell off or just the bottom tail section like butterflied shrimp? To me, it would seem that shell off would impart even more flavor to the shrimp. Additionally, they are a huge mess to try and eat especially if out at a restaurant, verses at home.

Just curious to your thoughts on shell on versus shell off. TIA for your response.
