Was hoping to see some things posted in the Natchitoches area..I'll have to make that drive every month or so and think I've already nailed most of the non-chain places..Maglieaux's, Pioneer, etc..

Nice. I didn’t even look....
Looks like it’s called Dodson Roadside Cafe now. I’ve eaten there on the way to Ruston... it’s run by Teen Challenge folks. Thanks for heads up.
