Anybody tried these? I just bought a half pound and holy shite they're awesome...the girl let me try a sample, and being on keto the first thing I asked were if they were breaded/floured...she said no but that's hard to believe with how good they are. Anyone know for certain if they're breaded?

I don't know about Ronnie's but none of the ones I've had elsewhere are floured/breaded.

All of the recipes I've seen on the internet promote them as carb free/no breading...but these are too good to be true

I had some from some place in Lafayette when I was on Keto and they certainly seemed breaded.

Had some at the Bergersons in Harahan and they were pretty damn good.

I'm actually stopping by to pick some up on my way home this afternoon. Just heard about them this week.

They are good. I’m not sure what they use for seasoning but they are better than the cracklins

Picked some up yesterday along with the regular pork cracklins. Both were delicious. The chicken cracklins were fantastic.

The chicken cracklins were definitely dredged in flour and seasoned though.

I took pics buy I'm a moron and can't figure out how to get the Imgur link to work.

Do they cook them in their own fat or some sort of pork fat starter thing?

Had some today hot out the grease. Very good. Their it boudin balls are ridiculously good too. 11.99/lb for the chicken cracklins.

The chicken cracklins I get up here are floured and fried- that’s what makes them so delicious! I don’t think the chicken skin puffs up like pork skin does.
