REMINDER: Tortilla Challenge next Tuesday, March 22, 2022!

Tortillas are good for more than tacos, so make your best tortilla dish and submit picture(s) and description next week! The submission thread will open by 9:00 am on Tuesday and entries will be accepted until 8:55 am on Wednesday, March 23.

Make a dish featuring the challenge ingredient.
Post at least one picture of your dish, either the finished product, or pics of the process, plus the finished product.

My dish is done, it’s fairly simple but the kids crushed it, that’s always a good indicator
and was thinking about you not being able to add to the challenge winners post

I attempted mine last week, and it was a great failure. So I am attempting it again with some tweaks (and sober) this weekend. I think it should be much better.

I still haven’t made my dish. Or decided exactly which thing I’m making. I use tortillas so often that I can’t get inspired to try some exciting twist. I suck.
