Oversaturation would kill a place like Red Lobster IMO. And the only reason it's doing well (if that's true) right now is because we've always had ads for it, there's just never been one in BR.
I ate at it last week, and it was very MEH. It was good enough to eat again eventually, but the gf didn't really like it at all. It was pretty generic.
