Recs for dinner on the northshore

Gona I let the Mrs dress up and take her out tonight. Something besides chimes and Gallaghers. Chimes is cool place to drink but the food is not my favorite and I've been to Gallaghers enough it's great but looking for something different.

Oxlot 9 seems to fit what you need. Nice place and food is damn good.

Sal n Judy's is the best restaurant in the state. Period.
Gio's in Mandeville is also excellent Italian.
Kozuku has the best sushi on Hwy 59 in Mandeville.
Garcia's is the best Lexican on 190.
Cafe Lynn is really good in Mandeville.
Northshore Empress is excellent Chinese.
Ox Lot 9 gets a lot of fanfare, by not by me. It is way too loud in there for me.
Gio's in Mandeville is also excellent Italian.
Kozuku has the best sushi on Hwy 59 in Mandeville.
