Recommendation private chef?

Anyone know of a sous chef or private chef needing some work? We are having a dinner party in the Baton Rouge area & our head chef could use some help in the kitchen.

This sounds like sarcasm but it's not...call your local prison.
Some of the best sous chefs in Louisiana came out of incarceration.
This should be your chef's job...not the hosts.
I'm not sure why you don't know that.

Yup
We already did that event in Chicago. It was awesome, flew our Chef up from Houston & hired a local Chicago chef as a assistant, worked out great.
