Raw Oysters at Mike Anderson's in Pville.

They are amazing, I stopped in and they were half of today (Tuesday). Best I've had in years, ate 3 dozen and they were 10/10.

Stopped at Marie's Oyster Bar in New Orleans sunday.. raw oysters were on point.
May be a great season for them.

It was fine.
Just got a dozen local oysters and the garlic shrimp app.
Both were good. The bread with the shrimp was not enough to get all the good juices but tasty.
I like the decor on the window with a shrimp boat. I know that sounds weird.. but go in and you'll see.

Oyster flavor comes from where they are harvested and nothing else unless you add to the oyster. But raw oysters? No recipe
