I’m out of protein. The tortilla is orange because it’s a habanero lime tortilla.

You need to get that quesadilla in a skillet or flat top with some melted butter

It looks like a 1 for my taste. But if you like it, great.

I would eat it if offered as not to be rude, but I certainly wouldn't order something like that myself. Looks dry as hell with no pico or guac.

3.

Quick uninformed get off my lawn question....why and when did it become more cool to say "protein" instead of "meat"?

First, we do cheese only quesadillas all the time so no you don’t always need a meat...err protein.

To your question it is a 3 baw.

You don’t make a quesadilla with 2 tortillas. You use 1 and fold it in half, you psycho.

When people realized that sometimes the “meat” isn’t beef, pork, lamb, or game, but maybe chicken, fish, shrimp or other seafood, and protein covers all the bases in one simple word.

Also 3. Not cheesy enough!!!

Friggin' hipsters. Protein is a nutrient, not a synonym for meat or fish, or fowl. You can get protein from grains or beans or fruits and vegetables.

Friggin' hipsters, get away from my grill.

Least amount of effort I've ever seen.
Well, I guess you could have microwaved it...

I’m a pretty far cry from a hipster, dummy. Protein is a generally accepted term in culinary discussions for beef/poultry/fish/game

No one is discussing beans of fruits when they say “proteins”

And Darla succinctly covers what I would have responded
