We get it, you're fat. I'm over 200lbs and a regular box is plenty of food, honestly a little too much. I could easily split a caniac with my two kids and everyone would be fine.

Now, now. There is no place for logic or thoughtful opinions in this thread.

I haven't looked the last year or two but in Houston, Whataburger's chicken strips had been voted the best in town for years. Cane's wasn't in 2nd or 3rd place either. That belonged to sit-down full service restaurants.

Considering you are a fan of a school gutting their other sports because they cannot afford the debt service on their stadium they may consider that a compliment. I am surprised the janitor at the Reilly center did not get a look as baseball coach.
What does Tulane’s shitty athletic department and cheap baseball coach have to do with the quality of Raising Cane’s chicken fingers?

I'm 6'3.5" and I weigh about 210-215.

If you think that's fat, so be it. I'm 52 and in no way in shape as I was from 17-40. I have your typical dad bod now. But, yes, I can handle a Caniac like a man without crying like a little pussy about my hurt tummy.

Can you show us where he referenced a "hurt tummy" or anything similar?

I’ve lived in Louisiana for 16 years and never tried it.. chicken fingers are for children.

They need to go back to baskets. Putting them in those styrofoam boxes messes with the batter on the tenders.

I agree. I was never a huge chicken tender person before, but I've started ordering them late night in bars occasionally and they're night and day different from Canes.

It’s a LOT better than the other chicken fast food options.

I personally love the fries, never had an issue with them being soggy.

Either you have a magical Canes location near you, or you haven't had fries from elsewhere before. Their fries are objectively soggy.

TBH, I have seldom had a crinkle cut fry that wasn't. The shape must not lend itself to crunchiness. But Canes could probably had a minute or two to the cook time, change serving boxes, and salt them more.. and they'd be pretty good.

The styrofoam boxes kill the fries.

The fries were always good at the LSU and downtown locations which are the only ones I’ve actually dined in

Those lines at the drive thru show me how unpopular Cane's has become.

I've quit bitching about the prices, Joe has made everything expensive.

Do people seriously just sit around waiting for stuff to get posted on "the wrong board"?
