haha don't feel bad; saturday I had a refeed, it was boiled baby potatoes in crawfish seasoned water. Sometimes I crave simple things.

I do that with my broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, squash, and carrots

I have about 9lbs left to go to get to about 8%. Really trying to be about 195ish at 7% for July but that would mean I would need to gain about 7lbs of muscle by july and lose a total of 11 lbs of fat by then. Just don't think it possible no matter how much I stay on track diet wise.

You can do it
I'm was at 14% last time I had my bodyfat percentage done. I'm on track to be 5% or below by the show October 1

I know.....
Might be worse this Friday.
All of a sudden I have a big craving for cereal.
I was thinking about eating an entire box of Captain Crunch or Cinnamon Toast Crunch

If I place top 2, I get my pro card as a natural
Then I can compete in contest where I would win money

Nice. That's big time.
When my baw got his pro card, shite changed. It wasn't the same.

He had to approach it like a job, which he found out he didn't like. Went to chiropractor school at that point.

You sound like you'll be fine though.

I've been told that happens

For the big pros, it is their job.
It's all they do and all they know
It is my dream... to get my food and supplements for free, sponsors paying you for appearances and photo shoots, and just living for the gym
But I know in reality, I am natural.... so it ain't going to happen

Dude Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my go to cheat meal when I do refeeds. That or the Reeses PB Cereal. shite is the bomb.

When Lyle McDonald did the bodyopus experiment that was his go to every weekend. He wrote about it in the book extensively.

Yea I do it with onions, garlic, mushrooms and asparagus. Will have to try some of the other things.

I have been doing the Broccoli in the steamer but putting the seasoning in the water. Using the steam because of risk of losing some of the nutrients. seems to work good for it, gonna try the others too.

Well... we will see how this week goes. I am doing Lyle McDonalds rapid fat loss handbook. last week I lost 1.5" off my waste with arms staying the same. If I can get even an 1" loss around the waste, I should be able to get close. I will then do a true 1000 to 1200 cal fat fast for 10 days and reevaluate from there. Its gonna be close one way or another. Honestly the real goal is a 31" waste while still being able to do weighted pullups with 90lbs strapped to me for sets of 5 and still squating 315 for reps. If I can do that, I will have reached my goals.

I'm a bit skeptical about this. Have y'all seen what a 5% guy looks like?

Don't go raging on me. Just discussing.

I was a 29" waist after my first show in 2008. Since then I have been putting on some good size. Last show in 2013, I was 31" waist. I'm a 33-34" in the off season
I'm getting older so I can no longer do 315 for reps like I once did. I made the mistake 2 months ago deadlifting 450, 3 times... while on my strict keto diet... I almost passed out

All good.

I've been doing Greyskull and strict keto, and while deadlifting, it calls for AMRAP, and I pulled 385 8 times last week and felt to vomit. Serious head rush.
