I did that with turkey thighs Thursday. Good shite.

Up a pound, probably just done losing water weight. Ate out for lunch Thursday (Brewbacher's), lunch (wingstop) and dinner (izzo's) friday, and had Pluckers last night for dinner.. so made it out fairly unscathed, I think.

Just weighed in at 219.
I don't feel bad about that. Drank some #Whalez yesterday. But I kept the food keto.
I'm gonna be pretty strict this week to try and crack 215 for Easter Sunday.
This will be a sprint to the finish. Sunday I'm eating a whole pizza.

I wasn't hungry for my cheat meal Friday night
So I went with my old classic... my go to cheat meal from when I first started competing back in 2008 and I wasn't making much money... just to get carbs in..

haha don't feel bad; saturday I had a refeed, it was boiled baby potatoes in crawfish seasoned water.
Sometimes I crave simple things.
I have about 9lbs left to go to get to about 8%. Really trying to be about 195ish at 7% for July but that would mean I would need to gain about 7lbs of muscle by july and lose a total of 11 lbs of fat by then. Just don't think it possible no matter how much I stay on track diet wise.
Only way possible would be to double my TRT dose, of course then I would run out within a few weeks.

yup, though I suppose you could use anything besides butter or olive oil, as they would probably burn with their low smoke points.

Avocado oil has a 500 degree smoke point, so that's probably work
I love pork belly for breakfast. I bake a bunch of it, and I get a good sear in the AM to warm it up. Eat it like a little pork steak. Good lawd that is good shite

Coconut oil, avocado oil and grapeseed oil are all unrefined and have high smoke points. Ghee is awesome though. Thank god for amazon.

Ghee is clarified butter. Essentially butter without the solids or water. The grass fed version is the shite. One of the best fats there is and has a higher smoke point than any oil so its perfect for cooking.
And i love chicken thighs but when reheated in the microwave they can get rubbery if you dont put some type of liquid in there too. But they are much less likely to get rubbery than breast. Realize the fat content though.
