My go to mayonnaise recipe...

1 egg + 1 yoke
1 tsp. of granulated garlic
1 tsp. of dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cups of light olive oil or avocado oil (costco has this)
salt & pepper to taste

regular olive oil has a taste that is too potent in my opinion.

What would you suggest as an alternative? I am pretty damn sore this week, I think I over trained last week/the diet may be catching up to me.

Some kind of cleaner carb like brown rice, oatmeal or something?

When I was doing carb nite refeeds, I did high glycemic bad carbs like bread, pasta, candy (candy that had sucrose or glucose, not HFCS)

Coming up on hour 16.
It's true what was said in that email about IF: the more you do it, and get used to it, the better you feel.

Try ZMA. It helps with recovery and really really helps with falling asleep if you have trouble with insomnia.

I find Scivation Xtend BCAAs helps my recovery as well.

Is it considered breaking fast to have a BCAA supplement in the morning before a lift?

Debatable. Plain unflavored BCAAs (which taste horrific), nope. An artificially sweetened "0 calorie" drink like I referenced above? Dunno.

Thanks man. I take fish oil pills which I hear helps with some recovery, pain but not sure how you guys feel about that. When do you take a BCAA, pre workout or post?

Sleep isn't an issue, but I was starting to get pain in my inner arms similar to back when I used to pitch. That shite is not good and drives me insane.

I'm taking today off completely.

Sounds like a dilemma. I'll have to try the zero flavored one.

Yea man, like a deep pain under the surface?

I used to get it all the time pitching, it was excruciating sometimes. Like a migraine in your arm or something.

Yes. In the right arm.
I did legs yesterday. So I didn't think it was from lifting.

It happened twice. Both after lunch.
