Celebrating a birthday today so I baked myself a keto friendly cake last night. Low Carb Brownie Cheesecake. Serves 10, 375 cals, 37F, 9P, 4 net carbs per slice. Just gotta make sure I don't eat more than 2 slices.

I eat quite a bit of cheese. I buy blocka of it. If I'm having a burger patty I carve a big chunk and melt it on top. At night I'll carve a couple chunks for snacks.

Less than 100 carbs yesterday. Less than 60 today. Only carbs are from fruit though so it's all good.
