I've hit a plateau I think, been stuck between 293 and 296 since Tuesday before last. Think I'm gonna do a dry weekend to help bust that.

Just make you a burger with a flatout wrap. I eat one of these nearly every night. 1/2 pound 93% lean ground beef flattened out to a long rectangle so it will fit in wrap, lettuce , tomato, pickles and sriacha mustard.

I don't eat whataburger, but now I'm tempted.
When I need a burger fix, I slap a slab between some big pieces of iceberg and load up the pickles, cheese, and mustard.
So good.

If you are in the 290s it should be easy for you to be dropping 3 to 4 lbs a week. Something isn't working. Logging food doesn't mean anything. Are you cheating too much? Not big enough of a deficit? Too much alcohol? Not enough excercise? Let's be real.
