Joining this thread. I started the diet Tuesday at 273.3. I'm now at 268.4. Been drinking a ton of water and trying to avoid carbs and cut way back on intake. Been overweight most of my life. I'm finally sick of it (a newly herniated disc and trying to stay alive for your familiy is a great motivator). Finally, can yall explain the number system you guys have, i.e. Barbe Tiger is 320/227.4/220? Wish me luck.

Congrats to all it ain't easy but we'll worth the journey. I went from 299 one year ago to 190 today. Have been as low as 175 but put a few pounds back on that I'm planning get to take back off.

Started p90x3 again this week...scale has me up nearly 3-4 pounds in that time frame. I just need to toss that thing out for the next 3 months.
