Every big 12 fan and their mom will be at ice house. It’ll take forever to get through the line they have setup on game days.

Honestly, this isn't a bad idea if you've never been to Fort Worth. Very underrated city with lots of good food. Would check out Cooper's for barbecue or Joe T Garcia's for Mexican.

I think you should be fine. Parking lot 15 is on Randol Mill so you'll be walking back with a decent amount of people for the half of the trip back.

Ruddell's Smokehouse in Cayucos has some of the best fish tacos I've ever had. Cayucos is just north of Morro Bay.

I did the same on a Sunday. Well worth the wait to enjoy the pizza with the Manhattan view at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
